We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email info@aquaneering.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll send return instructions and shipping details.

2. What Can Be Returned

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Some items can’t be returned, including:

    • Custom or made-to-order products

    • Perishable goods

    • Opened consumables

    • Final sale items

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm if it’s approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of receiving your item.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
